No response to my two email attempts. Filter wrench listed to fit my scooter does not fit. Seems like the website is just a robot and there is nobody monitoring the email listed under contact section.

Happy with the service but very disappointed with the product .which doesn't fit the vehicle it was bought for ie vespa t5 . Idont understand how they can go to the trouble of reproducing a product but can't do one thing that matters and make sure it fits this is criminal and is happening with most vespa parts suppliers I've been using I was directed to your site via word of mouth so was expecting better .alas I am habit down hearted because I do a lot of vespa rebuilding and hoped I'd found a good fast reliable supplier .never mind I will keep looking your disapointedly Chris garner

The cable was dispatched very quickly but I was disappointed after ringing to check it would fit my GT200 that the cable did not have the correct end fittings. It was fine as I just stripped the inner out and fitted it inside the existing spedo cable.
picked up from PSN delivered to my door in New Zealand in 7 days answered all of my questions and offered up parts for problems great communication CHEERS from NZ

Thank you for the service. The parts arrived after 10 days and are looking OK. As for the overall easiness of use of the website, the only thing that was missing for me is the ability to find the service pack quickly without knowing its exact title, for example i was looking for a maintenance kit for Xevo while in order to find it i had to actually look for x8 service pack... semantics :)

Not a major problem but item was sent to billing address and not delivery address.
I am afraid that the tracking No for our package - int royal mail is incorrect, the site require the 13 character reference, please double check.
I have tracked my parcel on line to find the courier has entered delivery attempted and card left. I have been not been out f the house this morning and when i checked my front door, no card has been left. after ringing the local APC depot, no explaination could be offered as the drivers phone was not working, so not sure if delivery wil be attempted later today or if I have to remain housebound for a second day.
According to your e-mail my order was dispatched on 10/31 (ref#3390). I an unable to track the order as no 13 digit order number was ever transmitted to me. I assume 11 days is not an unreasonable amount of time for shipping from the UK to the USA. I just want to be sure that the item is, indeed, on its way. Thank you very much. I'm in Vancouver, Canada and PSN's prices and customer service are unheard of around here. Buying stuff from thousands of miles away is easier than locally... how silly is that??? You guys were recommended by a few scootering forums I frequent, and obviously for a good reason. PSN Tuning just became my number one source for scooter parts. Thank you very much!

Cleverly packaged very small - nothing was damaged - I note the exhaust bush supplied was 826388 not 846097 ordered, its an earlier item I trust it is as good. Great service - thanks again.

Everything was spot on. Service was very good with an e-mail to tell me the details and estimated delivery day. All round a great price, will be coming back for more parts when needed.
Though the postage was marked as next day delivery, took 2 days to arrive (not your fault as tracker showed your part had been done instantly!). Only suggestion, make the ordering process a little clearer, I think its cool I can't order if you havn't got the item in stock but "add to wishlist" makes it seem like you will never have the item, perhaps change to "check availability" or something like that? Anyway, awesome price, awesome postage and awesome product!
Great service, and was very speeedy. i am from South Africa, and the package was delivered fast. only one thing, the airfilter lost its shape becasue it the other parts where squeezed in the filter box. other than taht, all good!
I think you should send your items by DHL. Specially if your sending heavy or big items DHL has better prices for Europe. Items like exhausts would cost something like 5 euros or 4 pounds.
